I trust my mind, my
body, my spirit.
I trust Life and the
Creator of Life.
I trust that people are
basically good
and will come to the aid
of those in great need.
Created in the image of
God,
I know there is no
obstacle
that I can not handle
and learn from.
I trust that we are here
to love, learn, teach, help and evolve.
I trust that my body and
mind
can meet all situations
with greater purpose and
ability
when guided by a healthy
balance
of spirit and ego.
I trust the messages and
warnings
of my body and mind.
And I trust
that the chaos I pass
through in this life,
will make better sense
to me one day
when observed
from a distance of space
and time.
