I exhaust myself no longer in physical battle with fear
but rather go inward to gain insight and strategy.
The less I resist and the more I observe
the weaker the fear becomes.
As I examine my opponent
I find
That its task is not to defeat me
 but rather to inform me.
And my task
 is
 to understand what it has to say.
