"Silence The Inner Critic"

I silence the critical voice within. I choose instead to speak to myself with kindness and love. Why allow the words of my childhood  spoken in ignorance, anxiety and exhaustion to echo as my truth. For in reality they were never intended to define my self worth. They were only a venting of my peoples’s frustration with life.
