As a Woman, as a Nurturer,
it is important for me to take the time each day
 to ground my energy.
To do so,
I imagine myself with roots
 that grow deep into the earth
giving me anchoring support.
Through these roots
I receive nurturing energy
And this energy
draws my own energy
Back into my body.
